Stephen Curry's workouts aren't for the faint of heart.

On a recent episode of the "Basketball Illuminati" podcast, Curry's longtime trainer Brandon Payne recalled how one unnamed NBA player threw up after joining the Golden State Warriors star for one of his workout sessions.

"We've had a player, who's still in the NBA, go through the first five minutes, sat down on the floor beside the door for about 30 seconds, stood up, went outside and threw up, and was done," Payne said. "It's a good player, too, not a bad player."

Payne also spoke about the workout Curry had with Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young this past summer. While Young appeared to have a hard time keeping up at first, Payne said he was impressed at his recovery.

"After he caught himself, he was good, he was ready, and he finished the entire workout," Payne said. "But that initial burst of that first few minutes was a little tough on him. But, like I said, he recovered extremely well. I was very impressed by his toughness and his resilience that day for sure."

Curry is showing no signs of slowing down at the age of 34. He leads the NBA in 3-pointers made this season with 103 and currently ranks third in scoring with 31.4 points per game.
