Allen dismisses calls for Bills to play in dome
Josh Allen disagrees with those who believe the Buffalo Bills should play home games in an indoor stadium.
During a recent appearance on "Kyle Brandt's Basement," Allen was asked about comments from "The Dan Le Batard Show" producer Chris Wittyngham stating that the NFL should require the Bills to play in a stadium with a dome.
"No, I think that's a fairly soft take," Allen said. "I did see that clip. It's football, man. It's football weather. We love what we do, and to kind of have some of these snow games - again, it's cold for us, it's cold for them. There's snow for us, there's snow for them.
"You want to talk about - there's a lot of other advantages in some other stadiums that I'm not gonna name that I think we all know what I'm talking about. But again, that's just the nature of the business. That's what we do, and you have to try to find ways to help yourself win football games."
The Bills played another snow-filled game at Highmark Stadium on Saturday night, defeating the Miami Dolphins 32-29 to clinch their fourth consecutive playoff berth. Allen completed 25 of 40 passes for 304 yards and four touchdowns in the win.
