Here's everything you need to know to place a wager on the Big Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles over at theScore Bet.
First, let's discuss how ODDS work.
The most popular odds format used on theScore Bet is American odds, which come in both positive and negative values (for example: –110 and +110). These values will help tell you what your payout will be should you win the bet.
If a bet is negative (-), this means the outcome is more likely to happen, decreasing the payout to less than what you wagered.
For example, if you bet $10 on the Eagles to win the Big Game, and the odds were -110, you would win $9.09 (in addition to your $10 stake).
If the odds of a bet you placed are positive (+), this means the outcome is less likely to happen, and the payout can be more than the amount you wagered.
Let's say you bet $10 on Jalen Hurts to win the Big Game MVP award, and the odds were +120, then you would win $12 (in addition to your $10 stake).
BET THE BIG GAME NOW ON THESCORE BET
Let's move on to the Moneyline.
The moneyline is a bet on which team will win the game. So, in the Big Game, you can bet on either the Chiefs or the Eagles to win, regardless of score.
The Point Spread is another popular bet, which is a bet on whether or not a team will win or lose by a certain amount of points. You will often hear these results discussed as whether a team "covered" a spread.
In the Big Game, the Eagles are -1.5 point favourites and the Chiefs are +1.5 point underdogs. This means that if you were to bet on the Eagles -1.5, you would need the Eagles to defeat the Chiefs by more than 1.5 points.
But if you believe the Chiefs can either WIN the game OR lose to the Eagles by less than 1.5 points, then you would bet the Chiefs +1.5.
If you don't want to bet on a specific team or player, you can bet on the game's over/under total, which is the total number of points the two teams will combine to score.
So, let's say the total points for the Big Game is set at 49.5. If you believe both teams will combine to score MORE than 49.5 points, then you bet the OVER. But if you think the teams may struggle to score 49.5 points, then you bet the UNDER.
In addition to the total, there are other game props like First Team To Score, where you can bet on which team will score the game's first points. You can even bet on whether the game will go into overtime.

Also popular is the player prop market.
Player props are not tied to a game's final score or outcome but rather to the performance of an individual player.
An example of a player prop for the Big Game would be Patrick Mahomes' total passing yards. The over/under is set at 287.5 passing yards. So, if you think Mahomes will throw for more than 287.5 yards, then you would bet the OVER. And then you can cheer for him to keep throwing all game.
Butt if you think Mahomes will struggle through the air, you'd bet Under on passing yards, which means he would need to throw for LESS than 287.5 passing yards for you to win the bet.
Other fun player props include: Anytime Touchdown Scorer, First Touchdown Scorer, Player Total Rushing Yards, and Total Receptions.
OVER 300 WAYS TO BET THE BIG GAME ON THESCORE BET
One of the newest and best features of theScore Bet is called Parlay+. Before we jump into Parlay+, let’s first discuss what a "parlay" is. A parlay is a bet on multiple outcomes, where the odds are compounded, increasing your potential payout. But if any of your bets (or parlay "legs") lose, then your entire bet loses.
So, let's say you bet the Eagles on the moneyline and you took the OVER on the game total of 49.5 points. And let's say the Eagles won the game, but the total points between the Eagles and the Chiefs was only 48. Despite having one of the legs correct, you still lost your bet because not ALL of the legs won.
Parlay+ allows you to add multiple legs from the SAME GAME to your parlay for increased payout, and you can combine this same game parlay with other same game parlays in the NHL, NBA, and Soccer.
Here’s an example of a Parlay+ for the Big Game.
Let’s say you think the Chiefs will win the game and you expect Travis Kelce to score the first touchdown. And you also think A.J. Brown, despite losing the game, will record over 70.5 receiving yards, AND you'd like to bet the over on the game total.
You can make a Parlay+, mixing the moneyline and the two player props along with the over on the total. Let’s look at your Parlay+ bet:
- Chiefs Moneyline
- Travis Kelce Anytime Scorer
- A.J. Brown Over 70.5 Receiving Yards
- Over 49.5 Total Points
Parlay+ odds: +872
Based on the above, if you bet $10, you would win $87.18 (odds and lines are subject to change).

Lastly, let's go through live - or in-game - betting. Live betting is where you can bet on the game once it has started. The odds on available markets will automatically adjust to reflect the current state of the event, including changes in scoring, injuries, time remaining, and so on.
So, let's say the Eagles scored the first touchdown but you still believe the Chiefs will win the game. You can head over to theScore Bet and check out the live odds and perhaps place a bet on the Chiefs on the moneyline.
