Giannis Antetokounmpo's tweet about wanting to join Al-Halil didn't go unnoticed by the Saudi Pro League club.

Al-Halil tweeted several photos Wednesday showing off a custom No. 34 jersey they had made for Antetokounmpo along with a card reading, "You are part of the Al-Halil family now."

The Milwaukee Bucks star joked about joining Al-Halil in July after French soccer phenom Kylian Mbappe rejected a massive offer from the club, pointing out that he and Mbappe look similar.

Antetokounmpo reacted to Al-Halil's gift by sharing a photo of him and Neymar, who joined the club this week in a transfer from Paris Saint-Germain.

Antetokounmpo is entering the third year of a five-year, $228-million extension he signed with the Bucks in 2020.
