John H. Nemechek: Wins Kansas Lottery 300

Nemechek won the Kansas Lottery 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Kansas Speedway Saturday afternoon.

Analysis:

Nemechek would turn this one into a snoozer. The driver of the No. 20 Toyota led a race-high 154 laps and swept all the stages Saturday at Kansas Speedway. The final 50 laps of green-flag racing would see him run away from Brandon Jones by 7.5-seconds to take the checkered flag. It was Nemechek's sixth win of the season and he earns the No. 1 seed in the Xfinity Series playoffs as a result.
