Seahawks' Adams suffers concussion in MNF win over Giants
Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams sustained a concussion in the first quarter of Monday night's 24-3 win over the New York Giants.
The 27-year-old suffered the ailment when Daniel Jones' knee hit him in the head during a low tackle. He left for the locker room to be evaluated and didn't return.
Adams was frustrated on the sideline after being taken into the medical tent.

Head coach Pete Carroll said postgame that the three-time Pro Bowler should be OK to get back on the field following Seattle's Week 5 bye, according to team reporter John Boyle.
This was Adams' first game in 13 months after he tore his quad in Week 1 of the 2022 season. The LSU product has battled injuries throughout his career, including a pair of labrum tears.
Seattle acquired Adams from the Jets in a trade before the 2020 season. He signed a four-year, $70-million deal with the team in 2021.
