The Texas Rangers appear to be the overwhelming fan favorites entering Game 1 of the World Series.
According to a map created by betonline.ag based on geotagged X (formerly Twitter) data from the last four days, including over 100,000 tweets containing official fan hashtags, the Rangers are favored in 32 states across the United States. The Arizona Diamondbacks, conversely, have 18 states pulling for them to win the World Series.

This is the Rangers' first World Series in 12 years and their third appearance in franchise history. They have never won a title.
The Diamondbacks appeared in the World Series once before, defeating the New York Yankees in seven games in 2001 to win the Fall Classic.
