Bills Mafia expected to outnumber Dolphins fans in Miami on Sunday
The Bills will be in South Beach for their regular-season finale against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, but it may not feel like a road game for Buffalo.
Ticket reseller VividSeats.com projects that 52% of the crowd at Hard Rock Stadium will be Bills fans, according to WKBW's Jeff Russo.
Nick Giammusso, president and CEO of Buffalo ticket marketplace VIPTIX, said he's seen tickets for Sunday's Bills-Dolphins game starting at over $400 and believes prices will continue to rise.
"It's kind of the perfect storm," Giammusso said. "This game has AFC East championship implications, fans are excited."
The Dolphins sit atop the AFC East at 11-5, while the Bills are just behind them at 10-6. A win for the Bills on Sunday would give them the division title and the No. 2 seed in the AFC playoffs.
