McCaffrey racked up 1,459 rushing yards last year - 292 more than Derrick Henry in second - while scoring 14 times on the ground. He's +850 to repeat as the Offensive Player of the Year behind favorite Tyreek Hill.
However, McCaffrey is dealing with a calf injury that will prevent him from seeing any preseason action. He's not expected to miss time in the regular season but has an injury history that's led to seasons with three and seven games played in the past four years.
McCaffrey's rushing total prop is set at 1,150.5, a number he's surpassed only three times. Like every NFL running back, his season success will come down to health.
Henry's move to Baltimore was positive for his season outlook in the betting market's eyes. He's the second favorite to score the most touchdowns, is in contention to lead the league in rushing, and has a season-long total of 950.5 yards despite entering his age-30 campaign.
Oddsmakers like Saquon Barkley's ability to earn rushing yards more than rushing touchdowns in his new Eagles uniform, for obvious reasons. He's +700 to lead the league in rushing but +1800 to top the NFL in rushing scores since Jalen Hurts punched in 15 last season and the Tush Push isn't going anywhere.
Expectations for Breece Hall are high again with Aaron Rodgers healthy and under center. Hall managed to earn 994 yards on the ground in a dysfunctional Jets offense without Rodgers last year. His total going into the 2024 season is 1,025.5, and he's +1600 to win OPOY.
