X map shows Ohio State most popular preseason pick to win 2025 CFP

Ohio State appears to be the early fan favorite to capture next year's national championship.

A map created by Betonline.ag based on geotagged X data gathered in the last month, including over 220,000 tweets, shows the Buckeyes favored to win the 2025 College Football Playoff title in 14 states across the U.S., making them the most popular pick overall.

Georgia was the second most popular pick with 10 states, followed by Texas and Alabama in a tie for third with six states each.
