One of the New York Jets' most recognizable fans is unhappy with the treatment he's received at MetLife Stadium as of late.

Ed Anzalone, better known as Fireman Ed, posted a video Tuesday on Instagram claiming that the Jets have been giving him and other superfans less screen time on the video boards during home games.

"I've been getting a lot of emails and texts from fans about the Jet experience in the stadium with the big screens," Anzalone said in the video. "Last night in particular - although on the Denver game also - last night in particular, (the Jets) scored a touchdown, and normally as a tradition, we're always put on the screen. Me, Scott, and Jet Man are put on a screen to do the Jet chant and get the crowd going, which is a staple in Jet Life Stadium."

Anzalone went on to say that "something's going on" with the stadium's production team and accused them of "phasing" him out.

"I don't know exactly what's going on, but they're phasing us out," he said. "And I'd like to know if somebody knows anything, please let me know, because it's evident that it's happening. And it needs to stop because we need home-field advantage. That's what we have, and we need to keep it going. So, something is going on."

Anzalone, a 65-year-old former New York City firefighter, was one of the first fans to be inducted into the Jets' Fan Hall of Fame as part of the inaugural class of 2017.

The Jets are 2-4 on the season, including 1-2 at home.
