X map shows Boise State is most popular school to root for entering CFP
Boise State is the early fan favorite in this year's College Football Playoff, according to new data from X.
A map created by BetOnline.ag based on more than 250,000 tweets sent out since the 12-team field was announced Dec. 8 shows the Broncos have the most fan support across the United States entering the playoffs, with 15 states rooting for them to win.
Notre Dame was the second most popular team with seven states, followed by Indiana in third with six states.

Boise State received a first-round bye and will face either Penn State or SMU on Dec. 31 in the Fiesta Bowl.
