Udinese's Lucca subbed for fighting teammates to take winning penalty
Udinese striker Lorenzo Lucca was substituted by his angry coach Kosta Runjaic after causing a row with his teammates over the penalty he took and scored in Friday's 1-0 win at Lecce.
Italy international Lucca scored his 10th league goal of the season for mid-table Udinese in the 32nd minute, but disobeyed team orders by snatching the ball and stopping designated taker Florian Thauvin from having a go from the spot.
Lucca had to fight off his teammates in order to take the penalty, angering Runjaic even though it ended up winning his team the match.
Moments later German coach Runjaic replaced Lucca, whose goal gave Udinese their third win in four games, with Iker Bravo.
