New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson will return Sunday against the Phoenix Suns after missing almost a month due to an ankle sprain.
Brunson missed Saturday's contest against the Atlanta Hawks. The Knicks are 8-6 without the All-Star guard in the lineup.
The 28-year-old is averaging 26.3 points, 7.4 assists, three rebounds, and a steal this season for the Knicks. He's played 61 games this season, meaning he'll qualify for end-of-season awards - which have a 65-game threshold - if he plays in at least 20 minutes in four more games.
The Knicks rank third in the Eastern Conference with a 48-28 record.
