Eagles' Jurgens plans to 'look into TSA PreCheck' after $68M extension
Cam Jurgens has relatable plans for how he intends to spend the money from his new contract with the Philadelphia Eagles.
When asked Monday what his first purchase will be after signing his four-year, extension, the Eagles center said he's looking to apply for TSA PreCheck.
"I haven't given it too much thought. I feel like I fly a lot, so I might look into this thing called TSA PreCheck. I feel like that sounds like a good idea," Jurgens said, according to PhiladelphiaEagles.com. "I'm kind of tired of waiting in lines. I think I can afford that. I'm going to look into TSA PreCheck next and see if I can get that done."
Jurgens' new deal is worth $68 million with $39.4 million guaranteed, so he can certainly afford the TSA PreCheck enrolment fee, which ranges from $76.75 to $85.
The 25-year-old is coming off a productive 2024 campaign in which he earned Pro Bowl honors for the first time in his career and helped the Eagles win their second Super Bowl championship.
