Tulane's Cooper Helmke: Good to go in spring

Helmke (undisclosed) is participating in Tulane's spring practice period, per Tulane On SI.

Analysis:

The kicker missed all but one game last season and didn't attempt a field goal or an extra point. He'll look to earn the Green Wave's starting place-kicker gig as a redshirt freshman, and a clean bill of health at spring practice is an excellent start.
