Cleveland signed Mathis (knee) to a contract Tuesday.
Analysis:Mathis missed the entire 2025 season due to an ACL tear suffered last September, but he's now presumably back to full health. The 2022 second-round pick will now work to carve out a reserve role in the Browns' secondary.
