Porter (kneecap) might not be available for the start of fall camp, head coach Marcus Freeman told BlueAndGold.com. "We'll see exactly when he's 100 percent. I don't know if he'll be 100 percent to start fall camp," Freeman said.
Analysis:Porter didn't participate in the Fighting Irish's spring camp since he was recovering from a kneecap surgery after sustaining an injury when he was at Ohio State. It remains to be seen how healthy he'll be at the start of the fall camp, but he has approximately six weeks to get ready before the Fighting Irish open their season against Wisconsin on Sunday, Sep. 6.
