More than half of the campaign's primary starters either maximized their collegiate eligibility (Tamin Lipsey and Joshua Jefferson) or transferred colleges (Milan Momcilovic to Kentucky). Thus, a recently successful ISU has room for breakout student-athletes, including Toure. If the sophomore impresses, perhaps he can be among collegiate basketball's elite players.
