Surace is set to start in Saturday's game against Michigan, Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports reports.
Analysis:Dylan Lonergan (head) is out Saturday, so Rutgers' team needed to update its starting quarterback for the Michigan game. Even though Surace faltered in Lonergan's place their previous game, Week 8 at Northwestern, the Scarlet Knights will give him another chance under center. Surace's five touchdown passes this season indicate that he can score, but the quarterback comes as a high-risk, high-reward option knowing that he has more turnovers than TDs so far.
