DraftKings Presents the Millionaire Maker Championship ($3,000,000 Guaranteed)
Did your season long fantasy team not make the playoffs? Good thing is that you can win way more money this week than you could in your season-long league with what is probably a smaller buy-in.
This is the largest DraftKings contest of 2014, with $3 million in prizes up for grabs. DraftKings has been running the Millionaire Maker contest throughout the season, but this week’s includes a much larger total prize pool. When the top 20 finishers are all getting at least 5 figures, it’s hard not to be intrigued by this.
Two weeks ago, we saw Ryan Fitzpatrick and DeAndre Hopkins combine for about 90 fantasy points against the Titans, and we like the idea of a cheaper quarterback with a talented WR. That’s why we are looking at Eli Manning and Odell Beckham this week, at home against the Redskins. That allows us to spend a bit more to get Jordy Nelson ($7,800). With Percy Harvin potentially out for the year, the depleated Jets offense is left with Decker as the only real option, but agains the Titans, he could be a surprise play. Coming off a 20 carry game, LaGarrete Blount appears to be the top back for the Pats offense now.
