IndyCar racer Justin Wilson airlifted to hospital after crash at Pocono Raceway

IndyCar racer Justin Wilson was airlifted to a Pennsylvania hospital after a crash at the ABC Supply 500 at Pocono Raceway on Sunday.
Leader Sage Karam lost control of his car and spun into the wall with 21 laps to go. Debris from Karam's car spread all over the track, with one piece appearing to strike Wilson's car.
Wilson was believed to be knocked unconscious by a nosecone and his car drove straight into the left wall. The 37-year-old was airlifted to Lehigh Valley Health Network Cedar Crest Hospital.
No updates have been released on Wilson's condition.
