DFS: Numbers Game - A Look at the Key Stats from Week 4

With the NFL reaching the quarter mark of the season, here are some numbers that stood out from the week that was.

6 Rushing TDs - Falcons RB Devonta Freeman is having one of the best stretches of fantasy play in recent history. The 5-foot-8 back now has three TDs in two straight games. That type of production evokes the memory of LaDainian Tomlinson, another diminutive, dominant RB. In his career, LT had 14 games with at least three rushing TDs.

It's almost ridiculous to compare Freeman to a future Hall of Famer after two amazing games but the conversation will continue with the Falcons heading into their bye week.

7 INTs - Jameis Winston has been underwhelming. The 2015 No. 1 pick's tenure has been marked by inconsistency and spotty decision-making befitting of a rookie. Through four games, Winston has thrown seven interceptions; eight of his passes have resulted in TDs, but two of those were to the other team.

100+ Passer Rating - For as consistently good as the Bengals have been in recent seasons, QB Andy Dalton has often been the subject of derision and skepticism. But through four games, Dalton has not had a passer rating below 100 and has already matched his total from last season. Cincinnati will use its bye week to prepare for a big home game against the Seahawks in Week 6.

124 Yards Passing - When Steelers QB Michael Vick finally decides to hang up his cleats, he won't look back fondly on Thursday's loss to the Ravens. Vick struggled to find timing on deeper passing plays, limiting the ceiling of playmakers like Antonio Brown.

Still, Vick completed 19 of 26 pass attempts; that efficiency - and Vick's waning explosiveness as a runner - could mean that RB Le'Veon Bell will see stable value as a short-yardage receiver while Ben Roethlisberger is out.

317 Yards Receiving - Aaron Rodgers has joined Tom Brady and Peyton Manning as QBs in the league who can seemingly make any WR into a fantasy star. James Jones was left on the scrap heap after being cut by the Giants in the preseason but through a quarter of the regular season, he is well on pace to best his previous season totals in yards receiving.

He is second only to Randall Cobb in targets on the Packers and should be playable against even the tougher defenses.

1,107 Days - It's been over three years since the Jaguars beat the Colts and if they're not going to take advantage of an offense led by Matt Hasselback, Frank Gore and Andre Johnson, they probably don't deserve to beat the Colts for another three years. Avoid this trifecta in DFS - unless your provider awards points for nostalgia.

1,612 Yards Receiving - Odell Beckham Jr. has the most receiving yards through his first 16 pro games in NFL history. His record would have been harder to match had he been able to accrue more than 38 yards in Week 4; that number is the third-lowest of OBJ's young career.

83,986 Fans - That would be the announced attendance at Wembley Stadium who suffered through the Jets' 27-14 victory over the Dolphins. The 'Fins came into the season with hopes that high-priced tackle Ndamukong Suh would be an interior force on their defensive line.

Over 80,000 people watched Jets RB Chris Ivory torch that vaunted Dolphins defense for 166 yards and a TD. Should Britain ever try to retake America, the weakest line of defense may be in Florida.
