Here are theScore's point guard value rankings for Tuesday, November 3:

Value Rankings
PG | SG | SF | PF | C

# NAME OPPONENT RISK
1 George Hill (IND) at DET Low
2 Emmanuel Mudiay (DEN) at LAL Low
3 Mike Conley (MEM) at SAC Low
4 Reggie Jackson (DET) vs. IND Low
5 Kyle Lowry (TOR) at DAL Low
6 Kemba Walker (CHA) vs. CHI Low
7 Dennis Schroder (ATL) at MIA Medium
8 Rajon Rondo (SAC) vs. MEM Medium
9 Derrick Rose (CHI) at CHA Medium
10 Jordan Clarkson (LAL) vs. DAL Medium
11 Elfrid Payton (ORL) at NO Medium
12 Jrue Holiday (NO) vs. ORL Medium
13 Goran Dragic (MIA) vs. ATL Medium
14 Lou Williams (LAL) vs. DEN High
15 Jeremy Lin (CHA) vs. CHI High

Hill has started the season averaging a career high in points-per-game on the strength of a newfound commitment to three-pointers; he's attempting 6.7 per game, up from 4.5 last year, while also averaging 38 minutes a game. Mudiay will look to rebound from a poor game Sunday while being guarded by either Clarkson or fellow rookie D'Angelo Russell.

Rondo has provided great value so far, but uncertainty over the status of PF/C DeMarcus Cousins lowers his rank here. Jeff Teague is dealing with a sore finger, which could result in more playing time for Schroder, who has performed well in a backup role. If Teague is fully healthy, he's a strong play. Williams and Lin are sixth men, and look to score when they get in the game.
