DFS: Friday's Small Forward Value Rankings

Brian Spurlock / USA TODAY Sports

Here are theScore's small forward value rankings for Friday, November 6:

Value Rankings
PG | SG | SF | PF | C

# Name Opponent Risk
1 Rudy Gay (SAC) vs. HOU Low
2 Carmelo Anthony (NY) vs. MIL Low
3 LeBron James (CLE) vs. PHI Low
4 Tobias Harris (ORL) vs. TOR Low
5 Marcus Morris (DET) at PHO Low

Gay is a fair amount cheaper than his SF competition. He typically won't provide as many fantasy points, but the price is right. Morris comes even cheaper, but is less of a sure thing. Up against the Suns, he should earn his place in the top five.

Anthony and James are sure things; you know what you're going to get. They'll eat away at your budget, but will almost always fill the stat sheet.

# Name Opponent Risk
6 Danilo Gallinari (DEN) at GS Low
7 Paul George (IND) vs. MIA Low
8 DeMarre Carroll (TOR) at ORL Medium
9 Giannis Antetokounmpo (MIL) at NY Medium
10 Jae Crowder (BOS) vs. WAS Medium
11 Otto Porter (WAS) at BOS Medium
12 Luol Deng (MIA) at IND Medium
13 Joe Johnson (BKN) vs. LAL Medium
14 Evan Fournier (ORL) vs. TOR Medium
15 Trevor Ariza (HOU) at SAC Medium

George has been a beast - a top five SF consistently, if not better. His salary has climbed, too - but if he lights it up against the Heat, his price won't matter because he'll have shown he's back in the elite class. Gallinari faces a touger challenge against the Warriors, but should still be effective.

Fournier has been surprisingly good for the Magic but regression should be anticipated. Crowder has earned his starting role with the Celtics and is a safe play at a low price. Deng and Johnson haven't been lights out while Porter has been a pleasant surprise. Porter is the best bet of the three on Friday.

# Name Opponent Risk
16 Omri Casspi (SAC) vs. HOU Medium
17 Luke Babbitt (NO) vs. ATL Medium
18 Andre Iguodala (GS) vs. DEN High
19 Thabo Sefolosha (ATL) at NO High
20 Jerami Grant (PHI) at CLE High
21 Aaron Gordon (ORL) vs. TOR High
22 Stanley Johnson (DET) at PHO High
23 Corey Brewer (HOU) at SAC High
24 P.J. Tucker (PHO) vs. DET High
25 Justise Winslow (MIA) at IND High

Sefalosha should play Friday, though he may be limited to ensure he doesn't re-injure his leg. Brewer, too, should be back in the lineup after missing time, but how much he plays will depend on his value.

Winslow has played excellent defense backing up Deng, though it isn't translating into excellent DFS results. He's a deep sleeper flier on a nightly basis.
