Stephen Curry questionable Monday vs. Hornets
The Golden State Warriors hope Stephen Curry will be healthy enough to suit up versus the Charlotte Hornets.
"The Baby-Faced Assassin" has been listed as questionable for Monday's match.
Curry played only 14 minutes in his team's overtime victory against the Denver Nuggets on Saturday. He was kept out of the second half of the game due to a bruised left shin - an injury which sidelined the league's reigning MVP for the last two contests.
To say that the Dubs are an ineffective team without Curry would be engaging in hyperbole - one of the team's two losses on the season occurred in his absence - however, the defending champs have struggled whenever their best player has stepped off the floor.
Should Curry be good to go Monday, he would bring his 29.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 2.2 steals, and god-like 31.8 PER along with him.
On a separate note, reserve wing Brandon Rush is probable to play against the Hornets, while Festus Ezeli - who has missed the Warriors' last three games with a toe injury - is doubtful.
