"The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment" will be a part of WWE's biggest show of the year.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson confirmed through his Instagram account Monday afternoon that he will be appearing live at WrestleMania 32 on April 3, 2016 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas:

Johnson is set to be a part of the new "Baywatch" film, which will be shooting in Georgia at the time of the pay-per-view. With this news, it appears World Wrestling Entertainment has found a way to include "The People's Champion" on the show in some capacity without interfering with his outside projects.

It's unknown at this time whether the eight-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion will be competing in a match, although a one-on-one bout with either "The Beast Incarnate" Brock Lesnar or COO Triple H has been talked about within the company in the past, according to F4WOnline.com.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter originally reported that an insurance issue with the film company would prevent The Rock from wrestling, due to the obvious risk of injury. Chances are he will be appearing in a non-wrestling role like he did at both WrestleMania 27 and WrestleMania 30.

It was at last year's WrestleMania in Levi's Stadium when Johnson shocked the world by appearing in the squared circle for a confrontation with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, alongside former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey, who he starred with in "Furious 7."
