Here are theScore's center value rankings for Friday's nine-game slate.

Value Rankings

Top Options

Name Opponent Value
Nikola Vucevic (ORL) at BOS 9
DeAndre Jordan (LAC) vs. LAL 8
Andre Drummond (DET) vs. CLE 8
Karl-Anthony Towns (MIN) at UTA 8

Six straight double-doubles, as well as reliable block and assist contributions, make Vucevic hard to ignore.

Drummond's been relatively hit-and-miss of late, but did put up 25 points and 18 rebounds in an earlier start against Cleveland this season.

At a relatively affordable price, Towns has a decent shot at returning value, even against an elite defensive center in Utah's Rudy Gobert. Towns is averaging 21.2 points and 12.6 rebounds in his last five games.

Best of the Rest

Name Opponent Value
Greg Monroe (MIL) vs. MIA 7
Salah Mejri (DAL) vs. BKN 7
Alex Len (PHX) at NY 7
Mason Plumlee (POR) vs. CHA 7
Brook Lopez (BKN) at DAL 6
Dwight Howard (HOU) at OKC 6
Rudy Gobert (UTA) vs. MIN 6
Zaza Pachulia (DAL) vs. BKN 6
Enes Kanter (OKC) vs. HOU 6
Tyson Chandler (PHX) at NY 6
Jared Sullinger (BOS) vs. ORL 6
Kelly Olynyk (BOS) vs. ORL 6
Meyers Leonard (POR) vs. CHA 6

Pachulia (leg) is expected to return Friday after missing a few games, but if he ultimately can't play, Mejri will be a solid replacement.

Despite rarely seeing big minutes, the Boston duo of Sullinger and Olynyk regularly return decent value, though each one caps the other's upside somewhat.

Nothing to See Here

Name Opponent Value
Spencer Hawes (CHA) at POR 5
Robin Lopez (NY) vs. PHX 5

Hawes and Lopez aren't bad options, but on a slate packed full of solid center options, they don't have the upside of the majority of their peers.
