Here are the power forward value rankings for Monday, March 7:

Top Options
NAME | OPPONENT | VALUE |
---|---|---|
Draymond Green (GS) | vs. ORL | 10 |
Kevin Love (CLE) | vs. MEM | 10 |
Anthony Davis (NO) | vs. SAC | 8 |
Jabari Parker (MIL) | at CHI | 8 |
With the Warriors being dealt their sixth-loss in embarrassing fashion to the Lakers, expect Green to dig a little deeper for a big outing in a must-win game (in terms of record pacing, at least).
Love has contrarian written all over him due to his recent string of sub par performances. His shooting range matches up well against the intimidating interior defense of the Grizzlies, so expect the Cavs to rely on their star big man.

Best of the Rest
NAME | OPPONENT | VALUE |
---|---|---|
DeMarcus Cousins (SAC) | at NO | 7 |
Aaron Gordon (ORL) | at GS | 7 |
Marvin Williams (CHA) | vs. MIN | 7 |
Nikola Mirotic (CHI) | vs. MIL | 6 |
Zach Randolph (MEM) | at CLE | 6 |
Gorgui Dieng (MIN) | at CHA | 6 |
David Lee (DAL) | vs. LAC | 5 |
Davis and the Pelicans have brought the best out of Cousins this season, but his salary is too high to present much upside. Mirotic's return from injury was nothing to write home to Europe about. His price has been knocked down a notch and if he sees 20-plus minutes of action, he'll return solid mid-tier value.

Nothing to See Here
NAME | OPPONENT | VALUE |
---|---|---|
LaMarcus Aldridge (SA) | at IND | 3 |
Myles Turner (IND) | vs. SA | 3 |
Dirk Nowitzki (DAL) | vs. LAC | 2 |
There is some risk that Aldridge is still feeling the effects of the migraine which caused him to sit out on Saturday. Turner has scored a total of just eight points in his last two starts and things won't be much easier against the Spurs' defense.
Nowitzki is coming off of a 30-point, six-rebound performance in Denver but at his age, he's a major regression candidate on the second-half of a back-to-back against the Clippers.
