Top Options
Name | Opponent | Value |
---|---|---|
Chris Paul (LAC) | vs. BOS | 9 |
Isaiah Thomas (BOS) | at LAC | 9 |
Ricky Rubio (MIN) | vs. PHX | 8 |
Russell Westbrook (OKC) | at TOR | 8 |
Damian Lillard (POR) | vs. SAC | 8 |
Paul and Thomas exchanged elite performances the last time these two faced off with Paul going above and beyond with 35 points, 13 assists, five rebounds and three steals. Pay up! Westbrook and Lillard feature upside too good to ignore.
Best of the Rest
Name | Opponent | Value |
---|---|---|
Rajon Rondo (SAC) | at POR | 7 |
Goran Dragic (MIA) | vs. BKN | 7 |
Jeff Teague (ATL) | at CHI | 7 |
Darren Collison (SAC) | at POR | 7 |
J.J. Barea (DAL) | at DEN | 7 |
Barea keeps high value if starting PG Deron Williams is held out of the lineup for a second straight day. Rondo and Collison are both usually productive with the latter scoring less but also eating up a smaller portion of DFS budgets. Teague has seen his salary dip, so he's a much more appealing option, especially in cash games, than he had been.
Name | Opponent | Value |
---|---|---|
D.J. Augustin (DEN) | vs. DAL | 6 |
Brandon Knight (PHX) | at MIN | 6 |
Kyle Lowry (TOR) | vs. OKC | 6 |
Derrick Rose (CHI) | vs. ATL | 6 |
Shane Larkin (BKN) | at MIA | 6 |
Lowry played only 28 minutes on Saturday and is nursing an elbow ailment. He is a candidate to rest or play limited minutes, limiting his potential. Rose's production has become mostly steady, though he alternated between his highs and lows over the last two. With Atlanta possessing borderline elite defense, his overall value is mitigated.
Name | Opponent | Value |
---|---|---|
Jrue Holiday (NO) | vs. NY | 5 |
Norris Cole (NO) | vs. NY | 5 |
Shelvin Mack (UTA) | vs. LAL | 5 |
Jordan Clarkson (LAL) | at UTA | 5 |
Marcus Smart (BOS) | at LAC | 5 |
The Pelicans backcourt - and team in general - is in shambles. With Holiday and/or Cole possibly returning to the lineup, Toney Douglas and Tim Frazier could see their respective values vanish since Holiday and Cole are the best options. With it being shrouded in injury-plagued mystery, it might be worth it to fade New Orleans altogether.
Nothing to See Here
Name | Oppontne | Value |
---|---|---|
Emmanuel Mudiay (DEN) | vs. DAL | 4 |
Tony Parker (SA) | at MEM | 3 |
Tim Frazier (NO) | vs. NY | 3 |
Dennis Schroder (ATL) | at CHI | 3 |
D'Angelo Russell (LAL) | at UTA | 2 |
Until Mudiay can harness his upside, he will be a boom-or-bust candidate, exclusively. The Mavericks provide an appealing matchup, but teammate Augustin has been the steadier hand. Mudiay should be deployed in GPP formats, only.
