Pogba ready to sign new Juventus deal, says agent

Paul Pogba is prepared to extinguish speculation over his future and sign a new deal to stay at Juventus, according to his agent Mino Raiola.

Contrary to reports linking the French international with a move away from Turin this summer, Raiola explained that his client shares a positive relationship with Juventus and is prepared to put pen to paper on a new contract.

"Nothing has changed compared to a year ago. (Paul) has a great relationship with the club," Raiola told La Gazzetta dello Sport's Carlo Laudisa.

"Juve won't accept anything less than €100 million for his sale and I agree with that, though he is more than happy to remain with the Bianconeri. We are even ready to sign a new contract."

Raiola added, "Paul has really surprised me in a positive sense over the years. Now he is a real star. His best attribute is his serenity, which is how he overcame his critics from the early part of the season."

A new deal at Juventus could be designed to stave off interest from teams hoping to lure Pogba away from the Italian outfit. He is currently under contract until 2019.

Raiola's assertion is the latest indication of the 22-year-old's willingness to remain with the Bianconeri after Juventus director general Giuseppe Marotta's claim that Pogba's already told the team he would like to stay.
