Former teammates, fans pay tribute at Will Smith's memorial
Former teammates, friends, and fans paid tribute to Will Smith during a memorial held in his honor at the New Orleans Saints' practice facility Friday.
Smith was killed Saturday evening following a dispute after a car accident. His family will hold a private funeral on Saturday.
Jahri Evans, who was teammates with Smith from 2006-13, wore his friend's jersey to the public visitation.

Evans, Jonathan Vilma, Darren Sproles, Marques Colston, Jabari Greer, Pierre Thomas, Reggie Bush, Deuce McAllister, and Aaron Brooks were among many former Saints who attended the event.
Smith helped the Saints capture the franchise's lone Super Bowl during the 2009 season and his name was illuminated on the team's championship banner.

Smith died at the age of 34.
