Chargers reveal renderings of proposed new stadium

The San Diego Chargers have revealed renderings of an architect's vision for a joint stadium and convention center in San Diego.

The images aren't a final design plan, but merely a representation of the team's desired outcome should voters approve construction of a new stadium.

Quarterback Philip Rivers and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell are expected to help rally voters to the cause at an event this weekend.

If the Chargers can't build a new stadium, the door remains open for them to relocate to Los Angeles in 2017.
