Patriots troll NFL as draft gets underway

The New England Patriots aren't picking in the first round on Thursday night, but that doesn't mean they're staying quiet.

New England's Instagram took a not-so-subtle shot at the NFL, posting a picture of Tom Brady's jersey.

Brady, of course, has been embroiled in a legal battle over his four-game suspension for "Deflategate," which has recently been reinstated. The team had to forfeit its first-round selection as a result of the controversy.
