Cam Newton's flashy taste isn't limited to his wardrobe.
The Carolina Panthers quarterback recently had his 1970 Oldsmobile 422 Cutlass customized by Monster Customs in Marietta, Ga., complete with 24-karat gold plating and diamond-stitched seats.
"It's a head-turner," Monster Customs owner Terry Dobbs told David Newton of ESPN. "He wants his cars to be unique, just like him."
Dobbs wouldn't reveal how much money Newton dropped on the overhaul, only saying "the gold plating was a huge chunk of change."
