Atlanta named host of Super Bowl LIII in 2019

NFL owners voted Tuesday to select Atlanta as the host city for Super Bowl LIII in 2019.
Atlanta edged New Orleans on the final ballot.
It will be the first Super Bowl played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, set to open in 2017. Atlanta's Georgia Dome has previously hosted two Super Bowls, with the last coming in 2000.
