Every Wednesday until training camps open, theScore will reveal the best catches, interceptions, runs, defensive touchdowns, returns, game-winning touchdowns, hits, and Hail Marys.

Best Plays of 2015

The fourth installment of the series features the best defensive touchdowns of the 2015 season.

5. Cory Redding vs. Packers, Week 16

Cardinals linebacker Kareem Martin starts off this outstanding sequence, driving Packers guard Josh Walker into quarterback Aaron Rodgers and forcing a fumble. With the ball ajar, Cory Redding bursts from the opposite side of the field to retrieve the ball and starts heading towards the end zone. Packers running back Eddie Lacy tracks Redding down, but is tossed to the ground nonchalantly by the Cardinals' defensive end. Redding then heads to the house untouched for a 36-yard return.

4. Andre Branch vs. Colts, Week 14

Andre Branch's spectacular solo effort is one of the defensive plays of the year, turning the tide of a heated divisional game in a single move. Branch beats Colts offensive tackle Denzelle Good to the outside, overwhelming him with unabated speed and power. Colts quarterback Matt Hasselbeck winds up to throw, but Branch extends his left hand to jar the ball loose. Branch never breaks stride, sprinting away for a breakaway touchdown while Good and Hasselbeck are left helpless trying to locate the ball. Trailing 13-3 before Branch's play, the Jaguars ended up routing the Colts 51-16.

3. Chad Greenway vs. Chargers, Week 3

Vikings linebacker Chad Greenway does numerous things well on this play, after initially dropping into coverage. Greenway comes down with an excellent one-handed grab, then sidesteps a would-be tackler aiming for his legs. The 33-year-old runs to the outside, allowing the rest of the Vikings' defense to work as his blocking cavalcade. Running behind an impenetrable wall, Greenway carries the ball unscathed for an outstanding 91-yard pick-six.

2. Dwight Lowery vs. Titans, Week 3

Dwight Lowery ought to be lauded for his defensive awareness, turning a seemingly innocuous play into a 69-yard pick-six. Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota's pass ricochets off Delanie Walker's hands, and Colts safety Clayton Geathers disrupts the receiver's attempt to save the ball. Lowery plucks the ball out of the air, racing downfield past Titans running back Antonio Andrews. Mariota and Titans wide receiver Justin Hunter track back to slow Lowery to no avail, as he splits the pair for one of the best touchdowns of the year.

1. Malcolm Jenkins vs. Patriots, Week 13

Malcolm Jenkins and Walter Thurmond combine to seal Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola off near the end zone, closing Tom Brady's window to strike. Thurmond tips the ball into Jenkins hands, and the duo head upfield, seeking a massive return. Jenkins avoids being tripped up by Patriots offensive tackle Marcus Cannon, quickly regaining his pace. Engaging Brady in a direct confrontation, Jenkins dangles past the star quarterback. Rob Gronkowski and James White are rendered helpless, on the longest and most impressive defensive touchdown of the year.
