5. Jimmy Clausen vs. Chiefs, Week 15
It takes a bit of luck to complete a successful Hail Mary and Jimmy Clausen received plenty of it against the Chiefs. Clausen underthrows a lob towards the end zone with the clock expiring at the end of the second quarter. Ravens receiver Kamar Aiken tracks the ball perfectly and scampers past a host of Chiefs defenders for a 48-yard touchdown to end the half.
4. Jameis Winston vs. Bears, Week 16
Although the result was in the balance, Jameis Winston refused to give up against the Bears in Week 16. Winston remains unflappable in the pocket with the clock expiring and heaves the ball downfield with tremendous accuracy. Buccaneers tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins does a great job of boxing out a cluster of Bears defensive backs to record a 43-yard score with one second remaining.
3. Brian Hoyer vs. Colts, Week 5
Jaelen Strong will never forget his first NFL catch. Brian Hoyer sets up in an empty backfield set, with the Colts employing a hyper-conservative prevent defense to end the half. Hoyer is given ample time to survey the field and fires the ball downfield with precision. Strong veers to his right at the last second, fending off numerous Colts defenders for his first NFL touchdown.
2. Aaron Rodgers vs. Cardinals, Divisional Round
Aaron Rodgers is the unparalleled master of the Hail Mary, with his two spectacular efforts topping the list. With the season on the line, Rodgers evades the Cardinals' pass rush, spinning away from Markus Golden and Calais Campbell. As Golden advances, Rodgers launches the ball towards the middle of the field. Cardinals defensive backs Rashad Johnson and Patrick Peterson appear certain to retrieve the ball, but Jeff Janis splits the pair and comes down with the football, sending the Divisional Round classic into overtime.
1. Aaron Rodgers vs. Lions, Week 13
It's eminently possible that Rodgers' game-winning touchdown against the Lions will be remembered as one of the defining moments of his career. Trailing 23-21, Rodgers darts away from the oncoming Lions pass rush, and gets his feet set before hurling the ball away desperately. Richard Rodgers improbably fends off the rest of the crowd, and the Packers stun the Lions on the last play of the game.
