Aaron Hernandez's lawyer forgets client's name in court
TMZ Sports
Laughter isn't usually something you hear during a double murder trial, but former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez found a reason to smile after his lawyer, Jose Baez, said he was in court Tuesday on behalf of "Aaron Rodriguez."
When Hernandez informed Baez of his error, the two shared a chuckle.
Hernandez, who is serving a life sentence for a 2013 murder, is on trial for a separate double homicide.
