Bills turn Ralph Wilson Stadium sign into New Era billboard
The Buffalo Bills officially renamed their stadium New Era Field on Thursday, and they sure didn't wait long to erase former owner Ralph Wilson's name from the building.
The sign that once read "Ralph Wilson Stadium" was replaced by a New Era Cap Company sign that's essentially a billboard.

Formerly referred to as "The Ralph," the Bills are pushing to rebrand the stadium, previously named after the team's beloved owner, as "The Cap."

Despite the name change, current Bills owner Terry Pegula said Wilson, who died in 2014, would be proud.
"Today, we look to the future and turn a page in Bills history," Pegula told reporters. "I've been told Ralph would have been proud."
