San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Anthony Davis, who was reportedly mulling retiring for a second time, returned to practice Sunday and is expected to be available for the club's Week 1 game against the Los Angeles Rams, a source told Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle.
Davis reportedly met with 49ers officials after Saturday's practice, and it seems as though those discussions convinced him to stay with the team.
The 26-year-old returned to football this offseason after a one-year retirement.
He is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Rams.
