The Buffalo Bills are expected to re-sign running back Karlos Williams, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Williams is visiting the Bills on Thursday. He was cut by the club Aug. 20 after showing up to training camp in poor shape, and the running back was also suspended four games for a violation of the league's substance abuse policy in July.
During his rookie year, Williams rushed for 517 yards and 11 touchdowns, adding 11 receptions for 96 yards and two more scores.
Williams was selected in the fifth round of the 2015 draft out of Florida State.
