Falcons' Julio Jones: Scorches Seahawks
Jones hauled in 7-of-9 targets for 139 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks.
Analysis:
Jones showed again why he is considered one of the best receivers in the game Sunday. He got wide open on a 36-yard touchdown from Matt Ryan in the third quarter, and consistently burned Richard Sherman and the stout Seattle secondary. Jones could have had an even bigger day if he was able to haul in what would have been an extraordinary one-handed catch in the final moments of the game. The resurgent Falcons offense has meant less constant attention for Jones, but he remains the top weapon in an offense that can't seem to be stopped by anyone, including the Broncos and Seahawks in back-to-back weeks. He will be a solid WR1 against the Chargers in Week 7.
