Arizona Cardinals wide receiver John Brown and Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor will both miss Sunday's NFC West matchup,
Brown has not missed a game this season, but is dealing with a hamstring injury that is related to sickle cell trait.
Chancellor has not played since Week 4 due to a groin injury, and has been a game-time decision the past two weeks.
Cardinals receivers J.J. Nelson and Jaron Brown are expected to step into bigger roles, while Kelcie McCray will start in place of Chancellor.
