What motivates Demarcus Lawrence? The slide in Tony Romo's house
A bye-week visit to Tony Romo's house provided motivation to at least one of his Dallas Cowboys teammates.
When defensive end Demarcus Lawrence got a chance to see how the franchise quarterback lives during a trip documented by Anthony Hitchens' Snapchat account, he was struck by the glamour of stardom.
"It was a great experience to see all the cool things he has in there," Lawrence told Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News. "Beautiful pool, beautiful house. It was great."
Not only does Romo have a nice house with a nice pool, he's got a basketball court with a slide in it, which Lawrence was enamored by.
"It just makes me embrace this situation that I'm in," Lawrence said. "It makes me want to work harder so I can get a slide in my house one day."
