Titans penalized for false start by 'everyone but the center'

The Tennessee Titans took a false-start penalty in the first half of Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Not just one Titan, nor even two Titans.
"False start, everyone but the center," announced referee Walt Anderson - words rarely uttered by an NFL official.
Before you rush to credit the center for being the lone player not to take a penalty, consider that the entire incident was his fault because he forgot to snap the ball.
