Browns' Jackson says McCown likely to start Week 12

Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson said it's likely quarterback Josh McCown will start Week 12 versus the New York Giants, according to Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram.

It's not surprising news, after Week 11 starter Cody Kessler suffered a concussion in Sunday's game.

McCown has played in four games this season, starting two. He's thrown for 778 yards and five touchdowns, along with six interceptions.

The Browns continue searching for their first win, however, as they are 0-11 on the year.
