Navy admiral calls out Kaepernick during Pearl Harbor speech

U.S. Pacific Command Commander Admiral Harry Harris ripped San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick during his speech at a Pearl Harbor anniversary event Wednesday.
Though Harris didn't mention Kaepernick's name, he said none of the Americans who fought and died at Pearl Harbor 75 years ago took a knee during the national anthem, a clear reference to Kaepernick's anthem protests.
The remarks received a partial standing ovation from those in attendance.
Some military veterans have taken the opposite stance when it comes to Kaepernick, arguing that the reason they fought to defend the nation was to protect Kaepernick and others' right to free speech.
