Matthew Stafford is officially the NFL's comeback king.
By leading the Detroit Lions past the Chicago Bears with a late 7-yard touchdown to win 20-17 on Sunday, Stafford sealed his eighth fourth-quarter comeback of the season, the most in NFL history.
Peyton and Eli Manning were previously tied for the record with seven.
Stafford struggled during the game - throwing two interceptions - but once again played his best football in the clutch.
The veteran pivot still has three regular-season games left to extend his record.
