DeSean Jackson leaves open chance for return to Eagles

Bill Streicher / USA TODAY Sports

DeSean Jackson stuck it to his former team by going off for 102 yards and a touchdown in the Washington Redskins' 27-22 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.

After the game, the pending free agent noted how it was the first time in three years he was not booed while playing in Philadelphia.

"Interesting, man. First time ever," Jackson said, John Keim of ESPN reports.

Jackson was perturbed when the Eagles released him after the 2013 season, but appears to be mulling a comeback.

"You never know," he said. "I'm not sure. We'll see what happens. You never know how it plays out."

While the idea may be nice, it's an odd comment considering the Redskins are in the playoff hunt at 7-5-1 while the Eagles are suffering through a 5-8 season.
